Alice has worked as a landscape architect in Oregon, Washington, and California for over sixteen years. Her areas of expertise include planning and design of habitat mitigation sites; tidal wetland and stream restoration; design of parks, open spaces, and trails; environmental education; and watershed-level planning. She works on all stages of project design, from site analysis and conceptual design through permitting, construction, and document production. Alice also has experience with visual resources analysis under both the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Her projects often involve multi-disciplinary teams and coordination with multiple stakeholder groups, including landowners, non-profits, government agencies, and industry groups. Alice has Bachelors of Arts in Landscape Architecture, Political Science, and English from the University of Oregon. In her spare time, Alice enjoys rowing, hiking, cross country skiing, backpacking, travelling, and having fun with friends and family.
