Olivia is a plant ecologist and GIS analyst with experience on both sides of the Cascades. Since 2014 she has worked around the Northwest on projects including wildfire recovery, mitigation banks, restoration project management and wetland delineation. Her interests include community response to ecological disturbance, riparian forest restoration, and climate-adapted restoration planning. She received a BSc in Ecology from the University of Rochester and a MSc from Eastern Washington University, where she completed a thesis on the Elwha River dam removal.
