Cascade provides project support to multiple clients, including Black Mountain Consulting, Richmond American Homes, and Kosh Engineering, for various development projects. We provide wetland delineation, Critical Areas Ordinance permitting and mitigation, and federal and state aquatic resource permitting.
Cascade was selected for these projects due to our extensive experience in wetland delineation, mitigation plan development and costing capabilities, and our understanding of permitting, including Critical Areas permitting stemming from Washington State’s Growth Management Act. |
