Cascade staff developed the Garret Creek Mitigation Bank in Molalla, Oregon. This bank was approved in 2008 as the only mitigation bank in the Pacific Northwest with CWA Section 404/401–approved stream credits. The entitlement process was completed in 8 months and credits were available for sale 10 months after the prospectus was submitted. Our staff currently manage and monitor the bank site, negotiate credit sales, and aid in the permitting process of credit users.
