Cascade staff has training and experience in preparing NEPA documents such as categorical exclusions and environmental assessments, and in analyzing potential effects on biological resources for environmental impact statements. This includes preparing resource reports that provide technical data and analysis for NEPA documents for various federal agencies. Our staff have supervised the preparation of biological evaluations and assessments covering dozens of species of plants, fish, and wildlife for Section 7 Consultation under the Endangered Species Act. Our experience in analyzing potential consequences to natural resources has been applied to a number of market segments, including transmission towers, renewable and fossil energy, transportation, and habitat restoration projects
